  39. I for one would be outraged at such a response.  I suggest that anyone in 
  40. the market for a Pentium system for Lightwave deliberately call these 
  41. bozos and tell them what you've heard here, and that you would not 
  42. consider spending $3000 - $4000 or more with such a company. One day, 
  43. companies like 
  44. these will learn that to effectively maintain and grow your business, you 
  45. must first take care of your customers.

  48. I too am now looking for an NT capable machine, and would like the 
  49. number for MITAC.  I'd like to let them know that their quest to get a 
  50. few more hundred $$$ from Dan, cost them at least one more $4000 sale.

  52. I firmly believe that if at least a few of us call, (a dozen or so) that 
  53. Dan might get a call requesting an opportunity to set things right. 
  54. Funny how the loss of $30,000 plus makes a simple motherboard 
  55. replacement seem like the honorable thing to do...)
